Biographies
Ann has been a resident of San Luis Obispo County in California since 1972. She and her husband raised their three sons in Atascadero, California where they still operate their plastering business.
Ann has volunteered with several non-profit organizations over the years and in 2008 her interest in serving humanity and metaphysics brought her to the Global Alliance.
Ann earned certifications in Energetics and Light Frequencies in 2007 and 2008 through Comfort Zone for Balance and Healing in Santa Margarita, California. She also completed three courses in Matrix Energetics in 2008.
Ann also voluntarily serves as CFO and Administrative Assistant and helps with various business related details for Global Alliance.
Bianca Davis is a San Luis Obispo County native living in Atascadero. She began her training in alternative healing modalities in 2002 when she completed her Reiki Master Teacher certification.
She started her private practice after becoming a licensed massage therapist and subsequently completed the two year Qualitative Healers Training. She has received certification in Energetics and Light Frequencies as well as receiving further training in various massage techniques.

Carolina was born in California and spent her formulative years in Hawaii and where she enjoyed the warmth and natural beauty of her island home. Carolina now lives in the San Joaquin Valley of California with her husband and she is mother of four and grandmother of nine.
Carolina earned a Registered Nursing degree from College of the Sequioas in California in 1987 and has devoted her professional career to nursing since. She has experience in the fields of Oncology, Labor and Delivery, Corrections, Travel Nursing, and Psychiatric and Mental Health. She currently works as a Case Management Nurse for a Home Health Company in California.
Carolina believes that her paths have led to connectivity with Holistic, Spritual and Healing Therapies.
Carolina earned a certification in Massage Therapy in Ojai, California in 2001. She also earned a certification in Healing Touch International, Levels 1,2 and 3 in Kauai and Big Sur, California in 2003. Carolina also earned a Master Degree in Usui Reiki in 2005 in California. Carolina studied Healing the Light Body with the Four Winds Society in Utah and earned her Practitioner certification in 2008.

Brianne was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. She currently provides services of massage therapy and energy healing in San Luis Obispo and Santa Margarita. For private sessions, please call 805-234-2144 to schedule an appointment.
Brianne graduated in 2002 from Atascadero High School. She immediately went on to Cuesta College with aspirations in Physical Therapy. In 2004 she graduated from the Hirudaya School of Massage with a certificate for Massage Practitioner. Brianne has also studied Reiki Usui Levels One and Two and Energetics.
Brianne has been involved in the field of healing arts her entire life. Her mother, Wendy, directs and presides over the Global Alliance for Balance and Healing. Brianne has volunteered at the Global Alliance headquarters office in California since its inception and frequently aids at the Healing Team trainings and functions.

Danielle lives in Nipomo, California and operates her private practice providing services of aesthetic therapy. Danielle is a licensed Aesthetician and owns Healing Hands Clinic, she also provides in-depth clinical skin care services via an ENT clinic.
Danielle earned a BA degree in American Studies and holds two teaching credentials. She is certified in Reiki-Level II, Clearing, Hypnotherapy, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage massage, Energetics, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
Danielle fulfills a role of technician, educator and guide while finding satisfaction from using a holistic approach with her therapeutics.
Dominic enjoys his relaxing lifestyle in Arroyo Grande, California where he served as a US Postal Service Worker until 2004. Dominic now volunteers his service of energy balancing through the Global Alliance Healing Team and enjoys helping his friends and neighbors repair things.
Dominic's interest in alternative health attracted him to Ayurvedic studies in 1996 and later lead him to the study of massage therapy in San Luis Obispo, California at the Pacific Coast School of Massage where he earned a certification as Massage Practitioner in 2000. Since he has always incorporated energetics into his massage services Dominic decided to study Reiki where he earned his Level 1 Reiki Degree in 2006 and later that year he enrolled in the Energetics and Light Frequencies course which attracted him to the Global Alliance service.
Elizabeth grew up in San Luis Obispo and attended Cal Poly State University earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Upon graduation she worked for several years in Northern California in Marketing and Corporate Communications. Elizabeth relocated back to the Central Coast of California in 1993 and currently lives in Templeton with her two sons.
Elizabeth began her healing career in 1998 through the study of Biographic Therapy, an energy healing modality. In 2001 she became certified in Cell Memory Therapy and in 2002 earned her certificate in Energetics. Elizabeth offers energy healing and channeling services in Santa Margarita at the Global Alliance Center for Light and Learning. She currently volunteers for the Global Alliance as an administrator of Public Relations on the Corporate Board of Volunteer Administrators, and as a member of the Healing Team. Gary is an information technology professional with over twenty-five years of experience. His career in the information technology profession was paralleled by a 15 year career as a reserve deputy sheriff and emergency medical technician specializing in technical search and rescue. He holds multiple business and technical certifications including a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
Gary has been interested in the healing arts for many years as a result of his rescue experience, involvement in the martial arts, and subsequent experience as a patient of Chiropractic, Total Body Modification, Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, and Energy Balancing. Finally his interest blossomed into studying Reiki in 2005 where he earned his Usui Reiki First Degree. Later in 2006 he earned his Usui Reiki Second Degree and Advanced Usui Reiki Degree. In 2007 Gary earned his Master Usui Reiki Degree.
Gary was introduced to Energetics and Light Frequencies in 2007 where he earned a certification through the Global Alliance for Balance and Healing and was chosen to join the healing team. Gary blends his experience in Reiki, Energetics, Light Frequencies, Polarity Therapy, and Craniosacral Biodynamics into his own style of facilitated energy balancing.
Hilary is a native of South Africa and US citizen since 1999. Hilary operates her private practice in San Luis Obispo, California providing massage, reflexology, Reiki and energetic therapy. Hilary is an accomplished pianist with a BA degree in Music as well as a BA degree in English and French.
Hilary also provides body therapy services at the Avila Bay Club in Avila Beach, California where she 'doubles' as a tennis professional.
Jim earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Education Administration and Curriculum Development from Seattle University in Washington State and Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California.
After a long career in Education, which included assignments in Santa Maria and Palmdale in California and later Saudi Arabia, Jim returned to the Central Coast of California in 1999. He now lives in Los Osos where he actively volunteers for the Hospice Partners of the Central Coast and the Global Alliance.
Jim also pursues his interest in the art of poetry and stained glass. His most current glass project is the very impressive window recently installed in St. Phillip's Episcopal Church in Coalinga, California.
While in Saudi Arabia, Jim was one of three key people who established the Jubail Training Center, now known as the Technical University of Jubail. This was done under the auspices of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
Jim began his study of the Usui method of Reiki in February of 2007 under the direction of the team of Sister Mary Mebane, Susan Amison and Prim Wahid Robles. Since then, he has earned certificates in the First, Second and Third Reiki Degrees.
Jim considers volunteering his energy balancing services an important contribution to the communities we serve.
Joan grew up in California’s high desert. She relocated to the Central Coast in 1984. She is the mother of 2 wonderful children, Gryphon and Verona. She loves to cook, paint, sew, garden, travel and read. Joan has worked full time in the Technical Department at the Performing Arts Center since 1995.
Joan continually studies metaphysics every chance she gets. Her most recent classes include: Tarot, Mandela, Astrology and Chanting weekends with Vicki Noble in Santa Cruz; several classes with Barbara Strauss at Volumes of Pleasure in Los Osos; Energy classes with Will Mehring in Atascadero; meditation retreats with her guru, Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi, and Diksha training with several of Sai Maa’s master teachers. Joan has also received certificates of completion after taking intensive Energetics and Light Frequencies courses through the Global Alliance for Balance and Healing.
Karen lives with her husband Bill of 33 years and has three grown children.
Karen's background of facilitating began with 13 years of clerical support for an elementary school in California. When Karen moved to Grover Beach, California she incorporated the study and practice of Reiki Usui, Energetics and art into her service of facilitation for others and designed her home as a respite sanctuary for family and friends.
Karen has always facilitated healing and growth for others by listening and integrates energy facilitation into most all interactions.
Karly has been living on the Central Coast of California all of her adult life. She now lives in San Luis Obispo, California with her husband Ronn and her two bright and beautiful daughters.
Karly attended the University of Washington on a tennis scholarship and later transferred to Cal Poly University at San Luis Obispo, California where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science. Needless to say Karly is a superb chef with special gifts for baking delectable delights.
Karly studied massage in San Luis Obispo where she earned a Certification of Massage Therapist and now provides her services of massage and energy healing through her private practice in the same community. A California native, born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Kathleen has lived on the Central Coast in San Luis Obispo County since 1979.
After many years working as a clinical assistant in medical offices, and in other service based careers, most recently Kathleen provided Academic Administrative Support at Cal Poly University and Cuesta College, in San Luis Obispo California. Kathleen is a proud mom to an amazing adult daughter, and enjoys hiking and serious walking, the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
Kathleen has been a lifelong learner with particular interests in science, alternative medicine, and metaphysics. Since 2003 she has pursued her personal growth through ongoing interaction with Comfort Zone for Balance and Healing in Santa Margarita California. Earning certificates in Energetics in 2008 and Light Frequencies in 2009 through the Global Alliance for Balance and Healing, Kathleen continues to expand her service and was invited to join the Healing Team in 2010.
Kathleen currently volunteers as Recording Secretary for the Administrative Board of Global Alliance for Balance and Healing in Santa Margarita, California.
Keith helps out with logistic issues and provides all engineering and construction supervision for the team and at the Global Alliance center. He designed the interior of the Center of Light and Learning in Santa Margarita, the USA headquarters for Global Alliance.
Keith has worked in the building industry for over 30 years and currently operates California Quality Construction and Lunasea Design in Santa Margarita, California where he lives with his family.
Keith is currently building fine cabinetry and artistic free-standing furniture, and plays music and writes books in his free time.
Keith studied Energetics in 2003 through Comfort Zone for Balance and Healing in California after studing metaphysics and writing on similar topics for the previous decade.
Keith is the Logistics Director for the healing team.
Laura Wilvert grew up on the Central Coast and after earning a B.A. in Geography and French and an M.A. in Cultural Geogrpahy she pursued a career with land management agencies for several years. She now works with people with developmental disabilities and is also a Reiki practitioner.
Her interest in energy work began with metaphysical studies and continued with certification in massage therapy and craniosacral therapy. During the last two years Laura has obtained certification in Energetics and Light Frequencies from Global Alliance for Balance and Healing, and in Reiki I and II. She provides Reiki sessions by appointment at Central Coast Body Therapy Center in Los Osos.
Laura loves animals and provides Reiki and energy balancing at local animal sanctuaries and is available by appointment for horses, dogs, and cats. She has worked and volunteered at horse ranches for the last two years and is certified in the Masterson Method which is a form of equine bodywork. Linda is a native of Pasadena, California and worked in the banking industry until 1982 when she and her late husband moved to Atascadero, California and opened his Chiropractic Practice. Linda managed their chiropractic office for 13 years and gained knowledge in the modalities of Chiropractic, Total Body Modification, Neuro Emotional Technique, and Applied Kinesiology.
Linda studied Reiki in 2006 where, through Healing Waters of the Central Coast, she earned her Usui Reiki First Degree. Later in 2007 she earned her Usui Reiki Second Degree and Advanced Usui Reiki Degree. Linda earned her Certification in Energetics and Light Frequencies in 2007 when she was chosen to join the Global Alliance healing team.
Linda now lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband Gary, who is also on the healing team, and their feline companion Patches. Their three children are grown and living independently now. Linda enjoys her home and garden and shares her outstanding baked goods with the team when volunteering.
Linda also coordinates the Referral Directory for the Global Alliance.
Mary lives in Nipomo, California with her daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Stewart. Mary is a retired school teacher and loves working with children. She volunteers her services to care for children at a preschool-daycare center in San Luis Obispo, California.
Mary provides her services of energy balancing with the Global Alliance healing team and participates in occasional Reiki healing circles in her local community. Mary is a wonderful artist and devotes her creative energies to many art projects.
Mary earned her Reiki Usui Second Degree in 2003 and later a certification in “Energetics” in 2005.
Meg is a native Californian who came to the Central Coast in 1978. As a teenager Meg became very interested in Edgar Casey and Nostradamus and thus began her metaphysical pursuits.
In her 20;s Meg visited the Hippocrates Health Institute in Lemon Grove, California to address a health challenge and found herself learning and practicing meditation and visualization to aid her healing process.
Meg was introduced to Global Alliance in 2004 where she was able to seek more of the practices that sparked her interest in energy balancing. Meg earned her certification in Light Frequencies, a 40-hour intensive course offered by Wendy McKenna through Global Alliance in 2007.
Meg is a very creative artist who enjoys mixed media and living on the coast of Grover Beach in California with her dog Jake.
Miriam has called San Luis Obispo, California her home since 1988. She graduated from Cal Poly Unversity at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration: International Business in 1995, and has worked on campus since as an Administrative Assitant in the International Education Programs Department.
Miriam's exploration in the field of healing therapeutics brought her health benefits; especially from bodywork and energy healing modalities. She then studied and earned an Advanced Reiki Degree in 2006 in San Luis Obispo, California and later that year studied and earned a Certification in Energetics through Comfort Zone for Balance and Healing in Santa Margarita, California. These studies resulted in the contribution of her services through Healing Waters Reiki in Atascadero, California and later attracted her to volunteer with the Global Alliance healing team.
Mutsumi is a native of Japan and immigrated to the USA in 1999 when she and her husband moved to Cayucos, California where they live with their Samoyed K-9's Raphael and Violet. Mutsumi's deep love of animals and her innate ability to connect with them lead her to facilitating for them intuitively and energetically. She now provides this service for animals and people locally and non-locally from her home in Cayucos.
Mutsumi's mission of service through her business is to facilitate a healthy and harmonious relationship between animals and their human guardians.
Mutsumi graduated from Sioin University in Japan with a BA Degree in English-Literature. Her studies in Japanese-English Translation helped her to ease into the American lifestyle after relocating to the USA. She has since studied in holistic workshops such as Animal Communication, Flower Essences, and Grief Support Counseling. This lead her to study and earn a certification in Energetics in 2004 and a certification in Light Frequencies in 2008, both from Global Alliance. In addition, she is a certified Spiritual Animal Healer.
Mutsumi was attracted to the Angel Harp, developed by Carolyn Weislogel, and now integrates the use of the harp in her facilitation services for people and animals. Rich lives in Morro Bay, California where he landed after a six year tour of duty with the US Navy that commenced in 1982. He was trained in the Naval Nuclear Power division which later delivered him to work with PG&E at Diablo Nuclear Power Plant in Avila Beach, California. After operating as an Electrician and Nuclear Operator for 25 years he is now retired.
Rich found himself pursuing holistic healing to restore his own health in light of extreme stress on the job and has been learning about healing ever since.
The next natural step for Rich was to learn about energy healing and so he was guided to study Reiki in 2008 in Atascadero, California which then guided him to the Global Alliance Healing Team.
Rich has also earned a certification in Energetics and Light Frequencies through the Global Alliance in 2008.
Stewart was born in a small community outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He was raised in the Los Angeles area and graduated from California State University Northridge. He moved to the Central Coast in 1998 and currently lives in Nipomo with his life partner Danielle.
Stewart has recently retired from a life career in Business Management and ownership. During the past several years, Stewart has pursued study in several energy healing modalities and later earned a Level One Reiki Degree with Blossom Masters in Atascadero, California in 2003. In 2005, he also earned a certificate in Energetics.
Stewart has committed this part of his life to be of service to others and to our planet as humanity moves through these changing and very challenging times.
Wendy has provided the multi-faceted services of a Holistic Healer for over 30 years throughout the USA, Canada and Europe.
She serves humanity world-wide via non-local sessions and personal visits. She travels throughout the USA, Canada and Europe each year teaching, volunteering and providing channeling's on human affairs.
Wendy's energetic and intuitive abilities arrived with her naturally when beginning this life and she has applied them professionally all of her adult life.
Wendy provides services of energetic and intuitive facilitation, herbal therapy, hypnotherapy, spiritual counseling, transition attendance and holistic educating. Wendy channels the Humanity Meditations regularly in addition to numerous courses on metaphysics and spirituality.

Zabeth began her life in North Africa and was later raised in France where she earned her Nursing degree and began working in a private clinic in Aix-en-Provence in the South of France. She later moved to the Central Coast of California where she worked for 15 years in an ENT clinic (Ear, Nose and Throat specialists). She later managed a Chiropractic practice.
Even as a child Zabeth has had an inner knowing of spiritual energy's power to heal. She left the medical world to follow her path and Truth. She started by studying massage and different energy modalities, which include: Jin Shin Acutouch, Polarity, Reiki Usui, Energetics, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy. Zabeth uses her CranioSacral work and energetics to gently tap into the inner wisdom of the body.
Zabeth enjoys life with her husband and four children. She currently lives in Oakland California and commutes to the Central Coast of California regularly.
