Scolari's Club Card

Designate Global Alliance as a recipient for existing card:

Go to the scolaristores.com website; click on the Update your club card information.
Fill in the information including the Friendship Fund code 5459 for Global Alliance for Balance and Healing and hit Submit.

To receive Scolari's card, pick one up at any Scolari's store and activate the card there. Once the new card is activated, you can go to the Scolari's website and follow the procedure listed above to designate Global Alliance as your Friendship Fund Partner and recipient of funds.
